As these three game series involve the same world and some of the same heroes, it would be nice to see some narrative or other material linking the three together in some coherent history or story. 

Heck, for that matter, if one were really into this world  in a deep way, it would be interesting for FFG to publish some kind of campaign in which gameplay and results in Descent or Runebound affect the larger campaign in Runewars.  Bring Latari Elf characters as Heroes or otherwise into a Runebound game or a Descent campaign; have an Overlord come from the Undead or the demonic Uthuk Y’llan. For that matter, A Descent campaign or dungeon could be built around attacking Waiqar the Undying in his lair or castle.  That could be a Runebound adventure as well.  Treasures and weapons, even allies, that Heroes find in Descent or Runebound could be incorporated into Runewars.  The quests in Runewars could be elaborated into Descent or Runebound adventures.  For those so interested, this could stretch a single Runewars game into months of fantasy adventuring goodness!

first start by playing Runewars, when you hire a hero, play a game of runebound where the goal is to acquire a dragon rune. When you encounter a dungeon-type adventure in runebound, play a game of 2-player game of descent .

total gameplay time: over 9000 hours.
