hazeroth class raider pics?
Published on 29 March 2010 - 12:50:56

Anybody got any good reference pics for the hazeroth class raider pics?  I only can find that side view of one in the main book.  I ask mainly cause I find it weird that there is so few pics for one.

I was wondering as well and when I saw your post I thought i'd share this.

I found this interesting exchange in a RANDOM message board

That led me to these pics on the gw site, note the center ship, I think this is a Hazeroth...

Looks about right for the one shown in Lure of the Expanse.  The Chains of Dusk, shown on page 135.

Yeah, I saw that today, kinda wish they did that in the main book though :/  oh well.  My group was kinda hoping that the ship was the one on the left in the pic of Battlefleet Gothic Rogue Trader Escort ships (the xenos one).  They're kinda upset that they have an ugly ship, but whatever.  Now to do some Hazeroth art or something. :)

Next time they get their heads handed to them in a space battle have the ship exterior rebuilt to cosmetically resemble a different ship.  Could be a good time to adventure on a forgeworld for a few months while they refit the old girl.

Well to help your players out some...being a BFG player thats the Rogue Traders armed cargo vessel, obviously not all together suited as a raider, the recommisioned vessel to the right would be the better as a Hazeroth Raider in looks and the fact that BFG Mag-19 gives it a weapons batt. of 2 compared to the armed cargo's of 1.

The thing to remember is that ALL of those escorts could be Hazeroths, because unlike the other hulls it's not a single pattern but a classifacation of ships with similar charicteristics.

That aside, I've always said that the "rogue trader escort" on the left is a Hazeroth.

look at the speed and description of the hazeroth class...it´s not that in the middle.....for sure........choose left or right..i would prefer left, cause it looks realy fast and different ;) and that right...heavy modified sword class ;)

The one in the middle does match the one pic we do have of the class. So I would say it is indeed the one in the middle.
