That's been there for over a year now. And it doesn't really say that you should buy everything. It clearly states that you can buy the guides and vaults if you're not interested in all of the stuff included in the core set. At least that's how I read it, but maybe I'm missing something given that english is not my native language.
I've tried to gather information for starting a WFRP game HERE.
