There's a comet in the sky

Someone (wish I could remember who) said this game takes place before the Storm of Chaos. There's a twin-tailed comet in the sky. What if this game is set in the year 1998 or 1999 IC? What if Mordheim is still standing?

Seems really unlikely to me, but what do you think?

There was a twin-tailed comet just before the SoC it is mentioned in quite alot of the fluff.

There is always a Twin Tailed Comet in the sky before major wars.

Over Land and in the Firmament doth Chaose marche, and the Beneathe is not free from it..

I believe that is where the official Warhammer timeline is as well. So It would make a lot of sense.
