Facing the new Chaos threat

Looking at the recent tournament results one can realize that chaos is mostly represented and gets excellent results.
This year chaos got good support control in addition to already unit control. However its strength seems to remain its early unit control.
Has the time come to apply new restrictions? Some people already complained about Sorcerer of Tzeentch. Warhounds have also proven their true strength.
Is it too early to restrict Sorcerer of Tzeentch or Warhounds ? Chaos would no longer benefit of Innovation or Excavation.
