Use for French cards, rules, etc?
Published on 31 March 2011 - 07:40:43

Can any veterans think of a good use for the extra French cards, ruleset, etc that comes in the repurposed boxes?  It's all pretty stuff that I hate to just toss in the trash.

I just invited some French maids in their slinky French maid uniforms over for a game of BattleLore using the French cards.  Turns out, once they put their feather dusters down, they played a mean game.

"Let me live deep while I live; let me know the rich juices of red meat and stinging wine on my palate, the hot embrace of white arms, the mad exultation of battle when the blue blades flame and crimson, and I am content."

Conan, from "Queen of the Black Coast," by Robert E. Howard

My girlfriend likes battlelore and she thought it was cool that the cards and rulebook were in french so I just gave them to her.
