Hello,
I have send an mail to FFG last month. They reply me and they are discussing it in internal.
I send you when I will receive final decision.
Sadly that has been the same quote since day one (or close to it)...and as you can see nothing new on the news page or anything else - barring the posts from Richard. 6 months now and really nothing to say or even a post from an FFG representative - pretty sad.

It is really sad. I mean, the Gears of War Board Game is even listed on the Upcoming list for the 4th Quarter. Nothing is there about Battle Lore. I don't know why FFG wants to keep its fan base in the dark.

Sad but true: the scenario-editor is finally off!
From now, we have to create our scenarios on the vassal-module ... till any editor will rise again...
We - the WoB-Team - saved all german and english scenarios from the DoW-Editor. So now we will see, how to offer them to the community...
stay tuned...
SelbuorT,
Is there any news on those saved scenarios from DoW site? I hate to think that they all have just sunk into oblivion...

Hello.
It's a good day, I have received official autorisation of FFG. I can made on line my editor scenario as I follow three rules.
Extract of the mail of FFG :
---------
1) You may not make any money from the editor. This means that you cannot have any web banner ads on the same page, or ask for donations (like PayPal buttons).
2) You must post the following on every page: BattleLore is (c) Fantasy Flight Games. All Rights Reserved.
3) You must remove it if we ask.
---------
I have a lot of work before made on line an version with save fonctionality but it is on a good way.
Better than good !!
Let the dices roll good for you ! PDF output is not needed, but some "jpeg" would be needed still needed. Will there be a repository for the maps or just "engine" to create maps and rest is up to the user...
Anyway if you manage to build something it so good.. as we have now "print screen" option ;)
PS awesome !!! This is something that is really needed.

When you make this editor could you also include the blue archer cavalry flags that were erroneously included with the Goblin Marauders pack? I have a scenario that uses them and, since anyone who purchased the Goblin Marauders has these flags, it would be nice to have them available for use in a scenario. Thanks!

Sorry, didn't noticed your question:
Well, we saved all english and german languaged scenarios, no matter witch quality they have.
We would like to offer them in our download area, but there are a few questions to answer before. So stay tuned.
.....::::: World of Battlelore (WoB) - the worlds biggest and living community of Battlelore :::::.....
Me too, I had save all scenario in all language but I haven't create program for analyse files of scenario and add them to my database.
In my plan :
- First step, finish scenario editor in equivalent of Dow's editor but without verification of validity (number of each element)
- Second step, create program for analyse files of scenario (text files and pictures of maps) and create a page for identifie real creator of the scenario : I don't will publish scenario or an translation whithout author's authorisation. For that, I want use dow's private message manualy. More information in a last time.
- Third step, add campaign capabilities (similar of M44 campaign) , verification of validity (number of each element) and a couple of amelioration.
Drat, this is what I originally came looking for. I create the scenarios for our local game con in the scenario editor, this way they look better then my hand drawn scribbles. ;)

So its been ages since I've heard anyone talk about scenario editors. I'm aware of several out there now. Does anyone have any ideas on which ones are best?
Priority 1 go hiking in beautiful places.... when you hurt yourself there or the weather's bad, nerd it up!!!
