Board Manufacturing Error - Threat Dials Misaligned

Just putting together my copy, and my threat dials are badly misaligned. The threat numbers are completely covered and unreadable. The error is clearly that the board holes are not centered: the dial spins in a perfect consistent circle where it is, so the hole in the dial itself is centered. But the dial is offset about a centimeter off of center, which makes the viewholes not line up with the board text (which is enough to make the threat numbers completely covered).
And to top it off, the Customer Support page is giving me errors so I can't even report this to anyone.
Is anyone else seeing this problem? And is anyone from FFG monitoring this forum so that I can bring this problem to somebody's attention?
