I have only manged to get two games in so far with my group, but I was wondering how long experienced players expected their games to take. Our first was a wash since we wern't scoring ruination correctly, but the second one ended up taking about four hours (there was a fair amount or rules consultation and such). My guess is that it could be halved at least once we get some more playthroughs.

About an hour, hour and a half.

I forgot what my time slot was at GenCon.  I think they gave us 3 hours but we ran through it in much less time than that and it included set-up, explanation, playing, and tear down.

Depending on thinking time, how many newish players, and how many turns victory takes, between 1 and a quarter to 2 hours for us

Hope is the biggest and best lie there is. Without Hope,we'd be nothing at all
