At start of Combat - timing

There are a lot of things that might happen at start of combat...
- a hero draws cards for his agility
- a hero must discard a card for the cowardice corruption
- a lot of Sauron cards are to be played at start of combat
- The hero gains corruption from mouth of Sauron
and maybe I forgot some more things.
In which order are they supposed to happen?
