Is there supposed to be two copies of 'A Broken Line of Kings' ?

Anyone with this game that can please answer this? I got 15 plot cards as per the instructions, but two are the same card. So I trying to find out if that is how it is supposed to be or I got a duplicate of one and missing another one. Thanks.

I have two as well. I have also seen an image of all of the plot cards, and there were two of these.
Hey guys, thank you so much for confirming this! It just seemed a bit odd to me to have a single copy of every plot card but one.
