A place to pose your Talisman rule questions
Can characters enter a shop without buying anything in it? We played our first game with the city last night, and it became a common tactic to enter a shop rather than face an enemy on the street squares. I didn't see a specific rule about it, other than the basic rule that says you have to encounter the space you land on - in this case, does encountering the space mean that you have to buy something in the shop?

Never mind, I found the answer - "Characters cannot enter a shop and do nothing." I should have read the rules more carefully.
