question for command cards and players turn

i have 2 questions.1) a players turn is when he plays the two figures that has placed an order token and then plays both of his figures orders or each player plays one order token each and then the second?i mean do the player move,attact 2 times with different figure ofcourse and then the second player continiues?

2)can i play command cards for each of my figures with order tokken or only one time i use it and select which one figure will benefit the command card? thnx in advanse
