Anyone know or remember the game Warriors?

So I picked up a board game expansion called Dragon Horde: warrior expansion 1, for 50 cents at one of my game stores and was wondering how the Warriors game is and if I should go out and get a copy. (cheapest I see it for is 12.50 online) how is this game solely played and hows the level of play? Ive only heard bad things about it. Are there any good sides to it?
