Stand alone expansions?

Can any of the following expansions be played stand-alone?
Dunwich Horror
Kingsport Horror
Innsmouth Horror
I ask because I'm very OCD and like to keep things in order, plus I mostly play this game solo, sooo, yeah. can they ba played stand-alone

Others have asked this and the short answer is "No." The main problem comes from needing to find a way to replace locations like Arkham Asylum, St. Mary's Hospital, the Shoppes etc.
