I am using your hard work and polishing the text to my taste. I would be interested if you like the changes or feel that I have mangled your intent; here is Walter Corbitt:

P.S. I especially like the artwork in The Haunted House.
Your edited text on Corbitt looks fine, I have real trouble turning off verbose mode sometimes, so it can take me several painful edits to reduce overly descriptive text. :O) The only thing I would mention is the part regarding the Domination attack, your text may not be totally clear that you drop/exhaust only equipped items as opposed to all your items..... of course you could leave at that to be especially cruel! heh I do intend to add a list of optional rules to customise the difficulty for those who like such things.
Wish I could take credit for the artwork other than searching for it on Deviant Art site the credit belongs to the artists who work I have used (thanks peeps of whom I can't remember all to thank).
Thanks for the feedback and hope you enjoy the Haunted House.

Did I read above that the board was to be redone with the Haunted House as a background?

Yep you read right, although it is the last thing on the list. The last of the base set of Event cards is almost finished, so then I will sort out the background image for the board and post the final version hopefully with an updated set of rules (including some optional rules to increase/lower difficulty).
Heh, cool card by the way, Evil Dead II perhaps? "Bobby Joooooe!" ;o) I did toy with the idea of making some co-op rules (ala Arkham Investigations) but decided against it in the end, at least for now.
After finishing Haunted House final, the next on my to-do list was some investigator story missions, but it seems FFG have beaten me to that with the upcoming expansion, so I shall wait and see how the official ones turn out. I have some rough ideas for translating Horror on the Orient Express to Arkham Horror but they are really rough (it would be a stand alone expansion of course) and there are other ideas ahead of that in the queue. I tried to make HH so it could be used without having to own any of the expansions, so maybe later projects will make use of ideas from the expansions... hmm, sorry just 'thinking' out loud.

Funnily enough I am playing Horror On The Orient Express at the moment via play-by-post. It is a great idea, I can imagine a board with a train track and locations at the various European Cities. Do it! - If you feel like it.
makken123
I have a rough idea in my head what the board would/could be like and several basics ideas on how it could work. Missions to solve/gates to close at each location on the train route and only a limited amount of time to resolve before the train moves on, success or failure impacting on objectives at other locations ('stops'). Also something ongoing for the actual train part. End of the journey culminates with some kind of endgame, the type and difficulty of which is influenced by earlier missions.
I need to dig out a copy of the campaign, I think I have a pdf copy somewhere. Require some serious reading, its years since I played it.

is it possible to get the board pdf in a3/ledger? would work better for me as i have an a3 printer and wouldn't have to copy-paste the two half-boards..
