Where you looking for a Rickenbacker Nieuport?  Because his Spad XIII was released in Series 1.  It would be cool to add Boelcke.

I believe it was an Albatros D-II in which the upper wing collapsed on him and killed him.

 

I think it was his wing man... no?

yes it was his one of his "students" who came to his rescue, but instead clipped him on the attack. manfred von richthofen was also one of his students and replaced his master as leader of the squadron.
