Call of Cthulhu Core Set Update

It has been a while since we last spoke. Due to some factory issues with its plastic molds, the Core Set for the Call of Cthulhu Card Game is going to be released in early January. From now until then, every other week we will be spoiling one of the new story cards from the set.

Here is the first story card from the core set:

At the Mountains of Madness should be in stores and is on sale now. It is the fifth Asylum Pack for the Call of Cthulhu Card Game. This 40 card pack introduces 20 new cards to the Call of Cthulhu metagame. It is based on the H.P. Lovecraft novella with which it shares a title. Set in the polar tundra, AtMoM tracks the terrifying discoveries of a team of Miskatonic scientists as they battle the elements and uncover an ancient, buried horror.
